This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Your email address, when you create an account.
What you search, such as the ZIP codes you look up, deals you save and alerts you ask for, so we can show you clearance near you.
Ordinary usage information, such as your device type, IP address, which pages were opened and where you came from.
Discord information, if you connect a Deal Soldier membership, limited to what’s needed to make that connection work.
Paid plans are handled by Whop. We don’t receive or store your card details. We receive your email address and whether your subscription is active.
When you buy a product from a retailer, that purchase happens with the retailer, not with us.
To run your account, show clearance at the stores near you, send the emails and alerts you asked for, prevent abuse, and understand which deals people find useful so we can post better ones.
We use other companies to help run the site, including services for hosting, sign-in, email delivery, payments and analytics. They handle information for us only as needed to do their job.
When you tap through to a retailer, you leave our site and their privacy practices take over. We don’t hand them your email address because you clicked one of their links.
If Turbo Search is ever sold or merged, account information may transfer with it. We’ll update this page if that happens.
We use small files called cookies to keep you signed in and count visits.
You can clear or block them in your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, you’ll have to sign in again each time.
We’ll send account and service messages, such as sign-in verification, password resets and the alerts you asked for.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from those doesn’t stop necessary account and security messages.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those messages.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Or write to privacy@turbosearch.com and we’ll do it for you.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you additional rights over your information. We’ll honor those where the law requires it.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No site can promise perfect security.
We keep information as long as we need it to run the service, keep it secure and meet legal obligations.
Turbo Search isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly create accounts for them. If we find one, we delete it.
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top. Questions go to privacy@turbosearch.com.
Turbo Search is operated by Story Machine LLC.
